Custodial/Maintenance Management
The Nutrition Group provides a complete Custodial/Maintenance Management Package which manages all issues relating to cleaning and maintenance. We also offer support such as: training, purchasing power, specialization and quality control. As with all of our services we can utilize the current personnel or provide an hourly staff for any custodial/maintenance need.
Since we are dedicated to providing the best and most complete service, we also offer technical support that encompasses RHVAC, grounds maintenance, safety, and swimming pool operations. We frequently conduct inspections and often follow-up with job performance evaluations to hold the staff accountable. We offer training through videos, classroom settings, manuals and hands-on training.
All our Management Support resources are on hand to use at any time which include: on-site management, a regional manager, human resources, risk management and payroll consultation. And as with our food services management, we can lower costs through our purchasing power and provide substantial savings.
